INSOLVENCY SOLICITOR - EAST SUSSEX
5 office South East firm seek Insolvency Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE for Brighton office. The successful candidate will be managing a busy caseload under supervision, predominantly acting for the Department of Trade and Industry and dealing with a number of directors' disqualification matters. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and handle a large, busy caseload, good communication skills, be confident and competent, with an interest in contentious work and a genuine interest in insolvency. Good IT skills and case management knowledge as asset as this position is largely self sufficient. Excellent opportunity to join growing firm.
