INSOLVENCY LAWYER - HAMPSHIRE
Leading regional firm seeks strong and highly motivated Insolvency Lawyer with general insolvency or litigation experience gained within a recognised practice or in-house team.
The successful candidate will have gained at least 3 years' PQE and will have undertaken a broad range of contentious and/or non-contentious insolvency and corporate restructuring. A familiarity with formal insolvency regimes, predominantly administrations and liquidations, is required along with some working knowledge of CVAs, s.110 demergers and schemes of arrangement (desirable but not essential). Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to contribute to team marketing initiatives, an eye for detail, strong problem solving and analytical skills gained within a commercial environment.
