Our client is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the work of the Debt Recovery and Insolvency Department. This role will involve correspondence with clients, debtors and courts, assisting with the conduct of legal proceedings and attending court where necessary as an advocate. Ideally you will be a part-qualified Legal Executive. You should have a minimum of two years' experience of practical debt recovery and working in a contentious legal environment. You must possess strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a team player. The role is based in Chatham and is a full time role with an excellent remuneration package.
