Insolvency Solicitor - Manchester.
We have instructions from two clients, and we anticipate more over the coming months, encouraging applications from corporate recovery solicitors. The first requirement is for a 2-4PQE who has expertise in both contentious and non-contentious issues in corporate and personal insolvency matters. This is a smaller team in a niche firm which is already seeing a gradual, steady rise in instructions.
Our second client is a large commercial firm with a well structured team led by one of Manchester's market leaders. The focus is more on corporate insolvency but again, a mix of contentious and non-contentious is required.
In the changing legal landscape, many of our clients are anticipating growth in insolvency and corporate restructuring. Please call us to discuss either the specific roles, or the market generally, in absolute confidence.
