Long established practice near Stockport is looking for an experienced insolvency solicitor to head a new department. You have will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and have an extensive, detailed knowledge of all aspects of insolvency law including liquidation, bankruptcy, reconstruction, debt restructuring, and a mix of contentious and non-contentious services. You will have proven experience in your field and will be able to demonstrate an established client following.
