This market leading, global heavyweight have a requirement in their Leeds office, for a high calibre Restructuring Solicitor.
The department has fantastic reach at both national and international level and it's strong team of experienced partners distinguish it from the competition. They advise major UK clearing banks, asset-based lenders, invoice discounters, insolvency practitioners (from the large and mid-tier accountancy firms) and corporate creditors, on a wide variety of assignments.
You will be responsible for work ranging from bank security issues, corporate restructuring, contentious and non-contentious formal insolvency work (including trading issues and disposals), debt collection and personal insolvency.
Due to the high standard of work, you will be a confident and assured individual with a proven track record handling the above areas in a top-tier or renowned city or regional practise.
Ideally you will have 3 years+ qualified experience of Insolvency and Restructuring work and possess a strong work ethic and academics and excellent commercial acumen. Demonstrable experience in Marketing and Business Development will also be a huge plus.
