Insolvency NQ - Manchester
Niche commercial firm has a small insolvency team that is punching way above its weight and is an understated success story. Led by a Partner who has a creative and imaginative approach to developing the clientbase, the firm's portfolio now boasts clients from the sports, media and music worlds. That aside, the team is incredibly busy and seeks an assistant solicitor. You will be a Newly Qualified to 1 year post qualification, with experience in contentious insolvency or contentious debt recovery matters although if you have general (but quality) Commercial Litigation experience during training, your application will be favourably considered. The role is to advise on both corporate and personal insolvency, advising IPs, companies, Directors etc. You must be a team player - this is a fun, busy and progressive team, committed to client development so you may be called upon to assist in delivering seminars and networking events as well as the day job. Excellent prospects.
