The role: Consists of both corporate and personal insolvency, both non contentious and contentious.
The person: You will be looking to use the base of Insolvency experience you have in a positive and collaborative working environment. You will either have corporate insolvency experience advising office holders, in particular on non-contentious matters including sales of businesses and assets OR the ability to learn if you've so far dealt primarily with personal insolvency work.
