Solicitor - Insolvency Recovery Manchester - £40k

The role will be dealing with corporate and personal insolvency; both non contentious and contentious (non-contentious corporate experience preferred), advising clients on legal and commercial aspects of insolvency matters; marketing and business development and corporate Insolvency advising office holders, in particular on non contentious matters including sales of businesses and assets.
Candidates must have previous Corporate and Personal Insolvency experience, be personable and sociable, good sense of humour and willingness to engage in business development and marketing, including presentations, social events and preparation of publications etc.
