This leading international practice is uniquely placed to offer a market-winning platform to an ambitious associate wrongly blocked from their rightful partnership along with being able to put together a tempting offering to an established partner / team. This mature business is well positioned to take advantage of the deepening credit crunch and its ramifications. Here restructuring and recovery work is core to the firm.

The current focus is on restructuring although the practice is full-service both domestically and worldwide. They boast a close relationship with all of the clearing banks and also feature strongly in retail based workouts. There are a number of good names in the market throughout the practice but there is room for more.
