Excellent opportunity for a NQ+ Insolvency lawyer to join this progressive Top 30 practice.
The firm has enjoyed substantial growth of late and their highly respected Insolvency & Restructuring Team have been described as providing a "tip-top service". They handle a mix of formal insolvencies for long-standing clients of the firm. For example, they advised Royal Bank Investments in the prepackaged sale of Orion Media Marketing's business and assets to Westcoast. Other areas of interest include transaction risk management for its property and media practice, and heavily structured tax-driven transactions. The team acted for Tenon Recovery in the trading administrations of two film production companies.
This role can provide an excellent platform for a junior lawyer to work on a broad diet of excellent quality work for top drawer clients working with named and rated individuals. What more could you ask for?
