The Opportunity:
Top 30 Firm are seeking an Insolvency NQ+ for their highly respected Insolvency & Restructuring Team.

The Firm:
This firm has enjoyed substantial growth of late, with sources noting that it is expanding rapidly. They are home to knowledgeable lawyers who "don't take silly positions" and are "tough when they need to be."
The Team:
They handle a mix of formal insolvencies for long-standing clients of the firm. For example, they advised Royal Bank Investments in the prepackaged sale of Orion Media Marketing's business and assets to Westcoast. Other areas of interest include transaction risk management for its property and media practice, and heavily structured tax-driven transactions. The team acted for Tenon Recovery in the trading administrations of two film production companies. This junior role will provide exposure to the full remit of Insolvency & Restructuring work.
