This leading West End practice has concluded that the credit crunch is here for the medium term and they are keen to capitalize on this. They are keenly looking for a further partner to add to the mix of work already undertaken within the insolvency and turnaround practice.
The team handles all aspects of insolvency and related practice for clients ranging from major international corporates to partnerships, private individuals and creditors. This includes advising on turnarounds, restructurings and workouts, rescues, receiverships, administration, liquidation and formal corporate and individual insolvency.
