This classy mid to large sized firm centrally based and sitting very comfortably within the UK Top 70 offers a high level of responsibility from day one in this role which would suit a 2+ pqe with relevant High Court fraud and fraud-related experience.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to manage client relations, workloads and priorities. In particular you will undertake work in financial fraud, theft of Trade Secrets and Confidential Information, investigation advice and Fraud Awareness and Training. Ideally you will have experience of injunctions, asset freezing and other relevant orders. Any banking litigation and/or IP experience might be useful.
