Our client is a leading full service City law firm with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. The firm now number over 600 over 4 offices and have built thier reputation for providing first class commercial and pragmatic advice working for many of the leading names in the media, technology and real estate sectors.
The Restructuring and Insolvency team sits within the wider Finance Group. The team act for a number of UK and European banks, distressed investors and other stakeholders, and many of the large accountancy practices including insolvency practitioners at Deloitte, Ernst & Young and BDO Stoy Hayward, as well as having relationships with a number of medium and smaller sized firms. The team's work is non-contentious, with litigious matters being dealt with by the firm's commercial litigation and real estate litigation teams.
A vacancy has arisen for a 3+ PQE Insolvency/Restructuring Associate to join the growing team, based in the firm's London office.
Ideal candidates will have high quality relevant experience, gained at a top City firm or within a highly regarded/ranked Restructuring, Insolvency or Banking department. The role is principally an insolvency, rather than restructuring, one, but candidates with a flexible and adaptable approach and an interest in restructuring and distressed investing will be at an advantage. Salary will depend on experience.
