THE ROLE The is for an experienced insolvency and restructuring associate/counsel to join the corporate and finance practice. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have substantial experience of non-contentious corporate and financial insolvencies and restructurings, both domestic and cross-border. The ideal candidate will be UK qualified and come from a leading City or international practice.
