A highly regarded Leicester law firm is currently seeking a Solicitor (3-4yrs PQE) who has good working knowledge of Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Law. Salary up to £50k.
The Client: Our client was founded in the early 1990's after the merger of two established practices. They are a lively and progressive law firm who continue to grow both in staff numbers and the range of legal services they provide.
The Role: Our client is seeking a proactive Solicitor with experience in Commercial Litigation and Contentious and Non-contentious insolvency law, including: Commercial/Corporate disputes, Bankruptcy, Liquidation, wrongful/fraudulent trading and misfeasance. The successful candidate will be working on a mixed caseload and working with a wide variety of clients from individuals through to large companies. Candidates will be expected to have confidence in their own ability and be keen to join forces with others in the firm. Excellent opportunity for a candidate with a sound understanding of Insolvency to specialise more closely in this area.
Earn up to £50k and benefit from a Pension, private medical insurance and car parking.
