SENIOR INSOLVENCY SOLICITOR, ESTABLISHED LEEDS LAW FIRM LOCATION: LEEDS SALARY AND BENEFITS: £50,000 £75,000 COMPANY INFORMATION: Edwards & Pearce has secured agreement to work on this position exclusively. - This established Leeds law firm, in business for over 20 years, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced insolvency solicitor to head up and build a market-leading team which will be expanding rapidly over the next three to five years. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: - Minimum of five years PQE in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency law. - You will be able to demonstrate a strong desire to build your own insolvency practice and will have a genuine, tested ability to progressively strengthen client relationships. IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING: - Strong contacts at the leading accountancy practices. ROLE INFORMATION: - The firm boasts a strongly entrepreneurial culture and the successful applicant will excel at business development and be adept at developing long-lasting relationships with both existing and new clients. You will be given great latitude as to how you go about this, although there will be an underlying emphasis on aggressive and continuous business development. - Partnership status, though of course not guaranteed, is anticipated in the longer term.
