An experienced Insolvency Team Leader is currently required for a Legal 500 firm in Leeds. Salary of up to £23k.

Our client services six main practice areas: commercial, corporate, human resources, legal systems, litigation and dispute management, real estate. Certainly one of the most successful law firms in the UK our client boasts a loyal global client base consisting of business entities & the public sector.
The Role: Our client is looking for a Team Leader to manage the Voting Team, part of our clients Recoveries/Insolvency department. Reporting to the Section Manager, this customer facing role involves the development of operational relationships with our clients. You will be involved in setting up new processes and reviewing and streamlining existing ones. Managing your 14 staff members, you will ensure that the 1000+ items of post received each day are processed to a high quality standard in line with established SLAs. You will be responsible for auditing staff work, setting/measuring objectives, performance management and recruitment.
Salary of up to £23k for the right candidate.
