Large commercial firm seeks insolvency 2 year PQE solicitor to join recently recruited partner. Work is to undertake a range of corporate recovery work for the recently established Leeds office. This is a 'top 100' firm offering a range of contentious and non-contentious commercial services to a national level client base. They advise many of the large firms of insolvency practitioners on issues such as administrations, receiverships, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements.
The team also has wide experience in the asset finance sector, where we work with major players to achieve the best possible outcome for asset-based lenders in distressed situations. This latest piece of strategic recruitment is a key component in the ongoing expansion of this exciting 'greenfield site' in the Leeds market.
