Job Description

Corporate Insolvency Administrator Do you want to be part of a large team working for an international, expanding company based in Bolton? Do you want a relaxed working environment? We are currently looking to recruit a corporate insolvency administrator with corporate recovery experience. Responsibilities Undertake duties assigned by manager efficiently and in accordance with the firm's procedures. Communicate any problems in complying with instructions. Recognise contentious matters and inform the manager immediately. Take control and responsibility for a number of cases, and progress those cases through to closure. Undertake realisation of assets and liaise with creditors and other interested parties. Treat creditors and other parties with respect and courtesy Attend meetings with company directors, creditors etc Prepare and draft case reports Prepare statutory documents Liaise with agents, solicitors, accountants and other advisors Record time on a regular basis and ensure that such time charged is consistent with the proper performance of the work. Maintain an awareness of the firm's other services and ensure that prompt, courtesy and effective liaison is undertaken with other departments Advance personal level of knowledge through appropriate reading and courses. Qualifications Studying for professional exams, ideally CPI Prepared to undertake/ commence study Skills/ Experience Ideally, over 2 years Corporate Recovery experience Self starter, hard working and committed Flexible and prepared to work extra hours as required to complete the job Good interpersonal skills Team worker Full Driving license and use of car (insured for business use) Basic salary up to £22,000, dependent on experience. Working hours are 7 and a half hours a day, Monday Friday.
