Our Legal 500 client, a small firm (but with a big kick) are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Solicitor to work in their Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Department. The successful applicant will have good experience of insolvency litigation and corporate recovery as well as larger commercial and corporate disputes including partnership and shareholder disputes.
