Solicitor, Commercial Dispute Resolution (Commercial/Insolvency Disputes), London We have an opportunity for a Solicitor 3 - 4 years PQE to join the Commercial Dispute Resolution team in a Top 100 Law Firm based in London. The role will involve acting for Insurance clients primarily defending professional indemnity disputes. In addition, the role holder will be expected to play a full role as a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Group in all aspects of work including fee-earning, business development, continuing education and development and supporting the development of other Fee Earners. The ideal candidate will come from a city firm and will have experience in both areas of Dispute Resolution involved in this role. Salary is market rate and dependant upon experience. The firm also offers 23 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, a pension scheme after 3 months and a firm wide bonus scheme.
