Our client comes highly recommended and has a fantastic opportunity for a two to six years post qualified Solicitor within this successful restructuring practice.
The main areas that this Practice focuses on within the UK and internationally include: mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate organisations, private equity transactions and joint ventures.
You will be working with Partners and Associates in the London office on technical corporate recovery transactional based restructuring work including advising creditors, advice to IPs, dealing with FSA queries and other contentious issues such as applications to court etc.
You will possess technical, team working and communication skills and two to six years post qualified experience.
The ability to multi-task is essential, as is a commitment to client care and marketing initiatives.
