Our client based in the City of London require an experienced Insolvency and restructuring solicitor. The firm have built up an excellent reputation and a niche practice in cross-border insolvencies. The group acts for a number of international clients from Europe, the US, Australia, enabling it to build a significant international and cross-border expertise and contacts.
You will be required to be involved with a wide range of insolvency and restructuring work for a range of clients. The position will involve liaising with their other departments in the firm such as our corporate, banking and finance teams, providing high quality legal advice on debt management, restructuring and workout advice.
The successful candidate will be actively involved in marketing the firm and attending business development activities. Have a sound background in one or more leading law firms dealing in this area of law.
Be able to build strong client relationships and have good technical insolvency experience
