Dispute Resolution Solicitor-London Our client is a highly respected City law firm with an impressive portfolio of clients. They have a vacancy for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a broad spectrum of experience. You will need to have the ability to cover the entire spectrum of business disputes including :- antitrust/competition law, banking and financial services law, breach of contract, company law and financial services, complex tort, class actions and group litigation, debt and asset recovery, defamation, media and advertising law, fraud and asset tracing, insolvency, international trade and commodity disputes, IT and technology disputes, partnership disputes, product liability, professional negligence, property disputes and enforcement, regulatory investigation. The ideal candidate must have a pure contentious, commercial litigation background with experience in arbitration and mediation, civil fraud matters and have a minimum of two to three years recent relevant experience in financial services,banking or insolvency work.
