3yrs + / Insolvency Solicitor / Non-Contentious /West End London Our client is a leading full service City law firm with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. The firm has four office and over 600 staff. At present they have a job vacancy for an Insolvency Solicitor within their expanding Insolvency & Restructuring Team based in the London office. The Restructuring and Insolvency team sits within the wider Finance Group. The team acts for a number of UK and European banks, distressed investors and other stakeholders and many of the large accountancy practices. The team's work is non- contentious, with litigious matters being dealt with by the firm's commercial litigation and real estate litigation team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years PQE Associate with high quality relevant pure insolvency experience, gained at a top City firm or within a highly regarded/ranked Restructuring, Insolvency or Banking department. The role is principally insolvency, rather than restructuring, one, but candidates with a flexible and adaptable approach and an interest in restructuring and distressed investing will be at an advantage.
