The team undertakes a good mix of domestic and cross-jurisdictional instructions from an extensive client base, insolvency practitioners and banks..
The team is looking to recruit a highly motivated restructuring and insolvency lawyer. If you are looking to develop your insolvency and litigation experience having trained or gained experience within a recognised practice or in-house team, we welcome your application.
Ideally, you will have some experience, perhaps within a training seat, in restructuring and insolvency and will have undertaken or supported the team on a range of work. You will be expected to demonstrate a willingness to contribute to team marketing initiatives, an eye for detail, strong problem solving and analytical skills gained within a commercial environment. Your work will be provided by the team's Associate and Partner, a large proportion of which will be dealing with directors' disqualification and personal insolvency matters at the outset with opportunities later to move into corporate insolvency work.
