This role will involve you working closely with insolvency practitioners and accoutancy firms to ascertain the most viable way forward for each party and side to the deal. As for the type of work you'll be dealing with, the team covers a full range of matters including the following: individual and partnership voluntary arrangements, liquidations and administrations, court appointed receiverships, fixed charge receiverships,to name just some.
