If you are an insolvency solicitor specialising in the non-contentious aspects of restructuring then this could well be the role for you. Our client is looking for an assistant solicitor to join the team in Birmingham.
The insolvency practice of the national commercial firm has a very strong reputation dealing with matters such as; refinancings, debt and security assignments, preparation of trade sales, intercreditor issues, disposal and renegotiation of commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have gained post qualification experience in non-contentious insolvency matters, have a keen eye for detail and be committed to delivering excellent client service.
