The firm's insolvency and corporate restructuring practice is one of the best in the UK and pre-eminent in the Midlands region. With a specialist team of lawyers covering the full spectrum of matters, from liquidations and receivership issues to distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring and financing, the firm handles some of the largest and complex insolvency and restructuring matters for clients including major asset-based lenders, debtors, investors, businesses and banks and other financial institutions. A bright, client focused solicitor or associate to strengthen the team in Birmingham. You will have at least 3 years pqe, with insolvency and restructuring experience ideally gained with a recognised firm. Primarily a non-contentious role, focusing on business and asset sales and corporate restructuring matters, you'll work in close proximity to first class corporate and banking teams, helping to deliver a high touch all round service. The ability to develop business and manage relationships with clients effectively is required.
