Handling corporate restructuring and insolvency work of the highest order, our client is a heavyweight blue-chip firm with a busy and growing team led in Birmingham by two respected partners. The team handles work on behalf of a diverse client base including OMBs, major corporates and institutions and is engaged in a range of public company, M&A, private equity and cross border transactions.
The firm seeks an assistant solicitor with at least 2 years pqe to join the team. You'll have gained experience with another regional or London firm and be keen to progress your career in a busy, progressive and collegiate environment which is offering the perfect platform for long-term success.
