An Insolvency Fee Earner is currently required for a growing Birmingham Law firm. Salary up to £20k.
The Client: Our client is a fast growing law firm that can trace it roots back as far as the late 1890's. Over the past years our client has nearly doubled in size and turnover which simply emphasises the success that this firm continues to build on.
The Role: Candidates must be experience Fee Earners with ideally one year or more working knowledge of Insolvency law. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, from inception to conclusion, exercising professional judgement with supervision to be provided. However, the individual will be encouraged to take responsibility for their own files. Experience will be gained in Litigation, negotiation and Conveyancing in the context of personal Insolvency. There will also be, on occasion, the opportunity to assist Solicitors, associates and Partners on more complex transactions.
