An Insolvency/Debt Recover Solicitory (2-4 yrs PQE) is required for a top law firm in Birmingham. Salary up to £45k. The Client: Our client is a Legal 100 firm, its history can date back to the late 1880's but the firm became its own in the late 1980's when a successful merge amplified the firm's growing success. Both nationally and internationally known this firm has offices situated throughout the UK and abroad, including Italy and Germany. This firm continues to grow and expand and is one of the biggest names in the law industry. The Role: Ideally applicants will be qualified Solicitors who have an Insolvency/Debt Recovery background although candidates with a Commercial Litigation background will be considered. The successful candidate will be handling their own mixed caseload of insolvency litigation work, liaising with clients on a daily basis and undertaking all other duties as requested. Candidates should be hard working and reliable with a passion for law. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to the success of this role.
