Our Immigration department is undoubtedly the largest in the UK with over 60 accredited staff and is still expanding.
We are seeking to recruit LSC Level 2 Accredited Solicitors/Caseworkers for our Hackney, Harrow & Clapham Junction offices to assist the department in the expansion of all aspects of Immigration Law
If you are not admitted there is a strong possibility that the position may lead to a training contract. We currently have 42 trainees registered with the Law Society.
Immediate start.
Main tasks
Dealing with all aspects of Asylum, Immigration and Nationality Law.
Preparing appeals
Advocacy
Meeting time and billing targets
