The Firm
A leader within immigration based in Paddington. They offer a mix of both corporate immigration as well as asylum and general immigration matters. High profile Human Rights work is also undertaken by this firm. With a good mix of partners, solicitors and paralegals who work very closely allowing for great professional development in not only existing areas of experience but new ones too.
The Role-
Working closely with the senior partner work will span a mixture of corporate immigration as well as some asylum and Human Rights. Work comes from both private sources as well as some legal aid. You will manage your own files as well as assisting the partner with his work allowing for exposure to some very high profile work. Advocacy is also required as and when necessary.
Experience
You may be a paralegal, solicitor or barrister with experience in immigration. Previous experience is essential of Tier 1 and entry clearance/leave to remain applications. Any corporate immigration experience is an advantage. The ideal candidate will have at least one or two years experience. Although all levels of experience will be considered. You will ideally be a very confident professional who is looking for a role where you get out exactly what you put in and more.
