Top ten national law firm based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, is recruiting for an experienced and proactive HR Officer. This is a varied role which requires a candidate with previous experience gained within a large professional service organisation who is used to working in a fast paced role.
Duties will include:-
· Implementing new HR strategies, policies and procedures
· Conducting grievance and disciplinary hearings
· Advising Department Heads and Partners on company best practice
· Answering day-to-day employee HR queries
