One of the Midlands' largest commercial law firms is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Professional to undertake a varied role providing HR advice to internal and external clients.
The role:-
* Advising clients on employment law
* Conducing disciplinary and grievance hearings
* Carrying out appraisals and reviews
* Designing and implementing best practice policies and procedures
* Working with clients on ad hoc HR projects
The candidate:
* Confident and professional HR Manager or Consultant
* CIPD qualified
* Experienced rolling out best practice and designing employee handbooks
* Previous experience gained within a law firm
