Communications Team Leader Location: Bristol Salary:Circa £25,000 + Benefits As a Communications Team Leader you will be working for one of the UK top Legal Services Providers. You will be acting as a senior point of contact for all queries whilst managing, developing and providing clear direction to the Communications team executives and Data staff. The key function of this role is to ensure the Communications team maintains a clearly defined position within the business as a bridge between the Probate Contact Centre and Regional Probate Consultants. Responsibilities: Create a high discipline within the team thus ensuring accuracy of reporting to the business in a timely manner Manage, coach and motivate a team of Communications Executives and Data staff to achieve and exceed pre-defined SLA's to internal & external customers Create an effective team that can liaise effectively with the Probate centre Develop and improve team skill levels and performance to ensure that accurate data input and data collation results in increased operational efficiency and reliable business MI Continuously improve the role of the team to provide the highest levels of customer service and reporting across the business Skills Previous managerial experience within a contact centre environment Proven ability to manage, lead, motivate and develop a team of people through periods of organisational change Strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate complex statistical information into more simplistic and manageable data Working knowledge of Probate or experience within a legal field would be beneficial
