Highly reputable high street practice currently seeks an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team and run this department. You will be personally handling a varied caseload of family files, including both private client and publicly funded work in both private and public law, such as Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Separation, Trusts, Cohabitation disputes, Injunctive remedies in relation to domestic violence, Contact, Residence and Care Proceedings.
