Family Solicitor - Salisbury - Reputable Firm!
Our client is a well known practice based in Salisbury, Wiltshire and they currently have an exciting job opportunity for an Assistant Solicitor to join their Family Law Team.
A suitable candidate will have at least two years recent relevant experience dealing with family law. You will have sound knowledge of ancillary relief law and procedures together with some advocacy skills.
You will be a team player possessing good decision making skills. Your analytical, people and IT skills will all be excellent as will your ability to plan and organise work.
This role will involve assisting the head of the department in providing top professional legal advice to clients to include advising on divorce (mainly the financial side, some Children Act Work, drafting documents to include divorce petitions, From E and Orders, seeing clients, attendance at Court and conferences with Counsel.
