Fantastic Opportunity for a Family Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE based in Salisbury offering a salary of £35,000+ with a competitive benefits package. Our Client has built its reputation as a nationally recognised private client legal practice which deals in asset protection, trusts, succession, taxation, agriculture and estates work. The culture of providing an individually tailored, expert service has led to an increasing demand for the firm's property, family, commercial, employment and litigation services as well as nationally recognised expertise in charity and education law. The firm has particular experience in resolving those issues which arise on a breakdown in a relationship with regards to divorce and child care issues. They regularly advise clients about how homes, business, company and partnership assets, pension schemes and land should be dealt with. As members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) they believe that solicitors should represent their clients in a way designed to preserve their dignity and encourage them to reach agreement. The result will often be to achieve the same or more satisfactory solutions than in Court but at less cost financially and emotionally. However, where court proceedings are necessary, they can undertake litigation in any County Court or in London with enough forensic vigour to ensure a fair outcome. This opportunity is for bright, enthusiastic individual with good client care skills. A family background is essential in areas of divorce and child care issues. The firm is offering a competitive package with a salary of £35,000+ and benefits including 27 days holiday, Life Assurance (2x salary), Private Medical Insurance (after 6 months), pension (after 6 months), PHI (after 6 months), bonus scheme, optional benefits (car parking, travel, gym membership, M&S vouchers, extra pension contribution).
