Family Solicitor is required for this established Yorkshire based practice. Our client is a leading Yorkshire based firm, serving clients from across the region. They have a number of branches and offer a comprehensive legal service to both commercial and private clients. Their dedicated family and matrimonial team provides advice on a range of issues including civil partnerships, divorce, financial provision for both married and unmarried couples, injunctions and collaborative law. They also handle child care cases including proceedings, children law / contact / residence disputes, special guardianship and adoption. They are currently seeking a full time matrimonial solicitor . You will be dealing with a mixture of both public and privately funded work. You should enjoy marketing as this will be a key aspect of your role. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious family/matrimonial solicitor.
