This large well-respected law firm in the West Midlands require a family solicitor for a maternity cover which is extremely likely to lead to a permanent contract at the end of the term. The maternity leave will commence in the New Year, and the successful individual will be covering for a partner. The remainder of the family department consists of 10 fee earners, with support staff distributed proportionately. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years PQE, although exceptional candidates either side of this bracket will be considered. The caseload is predominantly privately funded, therefore a good knowledge of finance and private children act and co-habitation is essential. The firm is passionate and committed to offering it's employees a work-life balance, and as such, office hours (which are implemented) are from 9am until 5.15 pm. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to join this highly regarded law firm, and benefit from good quality work and a healthy work-life balance.
