FAMILY / DIVORCE SOLICITOR - MIDLANDS
This highly regarded law firm which has attracted lawyers from Legal 500 and local law firms are recruiting special lawyers to complete their team. Solicitors, Legal Executives and Barristers and welcome. Bringing your existing clients with you you will keep and make contact with referrers and develop clients in their area. Create and expand your own divorce work and also efficiently service leads. Work closely with marketing to exploit work and leads opportunities. Network on and off line. Identify, connect with and market to prospective new clients and contacts. Create and maintain relationships with referrers. Visit and maintain the firm's existing referrers. Market yourselves and the firm generally. Contribute to discussions on the strategy of the firm. Take full part in team meetings and development sessions. Write content for the website and other marketing materials.
The key attributes required are exceptional client care skills. An ability to understand what clients want as well as what they need. A real understanding of the emotional needs of clients. Speed and Flexibility.
All lawyers work from home and are paid 50% of bills paid. Apart from calculating remuneration and working from home with flexi-times, the firm runs in the same way as any other law firm. As well as flexi-time you will have "ditto" holidays and left up to yourselves to decide. Payment directly related to work done and bills paid, at a 50% payment of bills paid basis i.e the more work done, the more you will be compensated.
