Established Surrey firm that has a very strong presence and reputation in the area seeks another Family Partner to join their large successful team. This role comes about due to succession planning. You'll be looking to take on a caseload of a top rated lawyer, as well as develop your own practice. There is team leader possibilities for the right dynamic family specialist. The work is all privately funded and includes divorce, finances, children and cohabitation. There are panel members in the team and 3 lawyers are members of the Solicitors Family Law Association. You get a mix of autonomy to do your own work and develop your contacts/referrers while getting support from across the team and the firm. The firm also offer a full range of other legal services for both private and business clients. The Managing Partner is keen to see CVs ASAP, as he is being proactive on this matter and the family team is held in high esteem. This is one of a number of interesting opportunities in the region.
