We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor to join the Rotherham office of our well established client.
The candidate must have at least 6 months experience as a Family fee Earner and possess a Solicitor Qualification. They must also have a minimum of 6 months care work experience as a qualified solicitor with Children Panel membership desirable.
The role will involve working as part of a team providing legal instructions in respect of Family Law instructions received from Clients and intermediaries. Duties will include;
* Carrying out Family Law Work in accordance with the agreed section procedures and the agreed service standards.
* To be the primary Fee Earner with the client, liaising and updating as appropriate and providing support in a friendly and professional manner.
* To manage own caseload of files.
* To provide guidance and assistance to the Section Secretaries when required to do so.
* To be responsible for the drafting of correspondence/ Family Legal forms.
* To produce own bill of costs and statements, as and when appropriate.
* To ensure that high levels of client care are maintained at all times.
* Promoting the services of the Section and other services of the practice.
