TAX & TRUSTS SOLICITOR - HAMPSHIRE
A Tax & Trusts Solicitor is required for one of the largest law firms in the South. The individual will be involved with Capital Tax planning, Wills, Inheritance Tax and Trusts, including the commercial aspects, have experience of the preparation and negotiation of tax deeds and warranties, have experience of domicile issues for non-UK domiciled individuals, experience of post death tax planning using Deeds of Variation and Enduring Powers of Attorney
