For the Departments of Adult Social Care (ASC) and Education & Children's Services (ECS), you'll provide legal advice and support on all immigration and asylum matters - both of which are key issues high on Hillingdon's agenda. Paralegals in the ASC/ECS Team will be guided by you, while you'll take responsibility for conducting cases in courts and tribunals, and giving briefings on developments in immigration and asylum-related law.
Admitted as a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive, you will bring experience relating to immigration and asylum, including full conduct of cases and advocacy.
