CONTENTIOUS PROBATE LAWYER - OXFORDSHIRE
Leading regional Legal 500 firm seeks an additional assistant solicitor 3 + PQE with contentious probate experience. The successful candidate will be handling contentious probate cases involving claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, lack of capacity and undue influence, Breach of Trust actions, etc for individuals as part of a growing and dynamic team. There will also be the possibility of doing more general commercial litigation and/or professional negligence work, although we anticipate that the main requirement would be for contentious probate and once this was developed further there would be little time for anything else. Working towards or having completed the ACTAPS qualification would be beneficial. This is an exciting opportunity with good prospects for the right candidate.
